SILVER MEDAL BOCUSE D’OR 2009 Chef Jonas Lundgren finished second in Bocuse D’or 2009. The competition is the worlds most prestige cooking competition and is also known as the World Championship of Gourmet Cooking. 24 countries competed during two days in Lyon, France, during January 2009. Jonas is currently doing promotions all over the world and works as Chef consultant at “The Stamford Swisshotel” in Singapore.
